Before requesting a case assessment, review the criteria below. This isn't a formality — it's designed to save you time if the firm isn't the right fit, and to make sure your submission gets a serious, prompt review if it is.

This is likely a fit if:

A judgment, order, or ruling has already been entered — or you are actively litigating a dispute with significant financial, business, or property consequences
The amount at stake, or the value of the relief sought, is substantial relative to the cost of sophisticated legal representation
You have (or can obtain) the relevant documents: the judgment/order, docket sheet, transcripts, or case pleadings
You are prepared to pay for a substantive case assessment, and if accepted, for professional representation
You are a business, professional, organization, or referring attorney — or an individual with a matter meeting the above criteria

This is probably not a fit if:

You are looking for a free consultation or contingency-fee representation
