Our Main Focus is Your Success
About Attorney Corey Biazzo and Biazzo Law, PLLC
Veteran-Owned Law Firm | Strategic Litigation & Practical Planning
Civil & Business Litigation • Real Estate/Landlord Counsel • Civil Appeals • Federal Appeals in 4th Circuit Courts of Appeals and 11th Circuit Court of Appeal and United States Supreme Court • Amicus Curiae Briefs for Organizations
Trusted Counsel. Relentless Advocacy. Real-World Results.
I built Biazzo Law on a simple promise: deliver courtroom-tested strategy and human-centered service for individuals, families, startups, property owners, and established companies. Clients work directly with an attorney who listens, gives clear options, and then executes with discipline.
Grounded in Experience—From Boutique Teams to Major Matters
Before launching Biazzo Law, I gained years of hands-on experience at other law firms in Florida and North Carolina, including roles as outside litigation counsel for major banks and insurance companies and as a co-founder of Biazzo & Panchenko Law, PLLC (Florida & North Carolina). Across those roles I successfully represented individuals, small businesses, and major corporations and banks in matters involving:
-
Civil & Commercial Litigation (breach of contract, business torts, real estate disputes, landlord-tenant & other civil litigation matters against individuals, companies, major corporations, major insurance companies and state and federal government agencies)
-
Civil Appellate litigation (Florida, North Carolina & the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS)
This blend of deal tables + courtrooms means the contracts I draft are built to perform—and the cases I litigate are prepared from day one to settle on your terms or be tried on the merits.
Military Discipline You Can Feel in the Work
I’m a U.S. Navy veteran (U.S.S. Harry S. Truman, CVN-75; reactor propulsion mechanic/machinist’s mate). That background forged habits our clients notice: punctuality, precision, preparation, and grit. In litigation, we don’t “shoot from the hip.” We build the record, pressure-test every position, and choose tactics that move outcomes—clinical, detail-oriented, strategic.
Personable with Clients. Uncompromising for Clients.
We pair warm, plain-English communication with zealous advocacy. You’ll get realistic timelines, risk-tiered options, and documents you can actually use. When negotiation fails, we’re equally comfortable leading mediation, arbitration, or full civil litigation.
National Reach, Local Insight—With Co-Counsel You Can Trust
Biazzo Law is a veteran-owned practice serving clients across Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Missouri, Indiana, Iowa, and Washington. (Co-counsel in states outside Florida and North Carolina). Where a matter requires local filing or courtroom appearances outside our licensure, we partner with upstanding, high-quality co-counsel—attorneys we know and trust—so you get one strategy, one point of contact, and the right team in each jurisdiction.
Supreme Court Credentials & Thoughtful Advocacy
I am admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and have authored amicus curiae briefs filed in the U.S. Supreme Court. Appellate-grade writing and issue framing show up in our everyday work: complaints, demand letters, motions, and settlement briefs that are tight, persuasive, and built for scrutiny.
