ALYSSA BIAZZO
CLIENT CONCIERGE
Alyssa is a part-time client concierge and budding paralegal at the firm.
When Alyssa is not at the firm, she is working as a hair stylist where she provides a variety of hair styling services to women and men. She was born in the Bronx, New York City and grew up in West Chester, New York and Charlotte. Alyssa is very passionate about good customer service and helping those in need.
Alyssa attended Queens University of Charlotte for nursing and the Aveda Institute in Charlotte for her true passion of cosmetology. Alyssa is a very kind and resourceful point of contact.
LUZ ESCOBAR-RICE
PARALEGAL
Luz is a Certified Senior Paralegal with over 8 years of experience.
She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Originally from Cali, Colombia, Luz utilizes her multicultural background to provide personalized services to her clients. Alongside her husband, Joseph, they have four beautiful children. As a working mom, Luz understands the challenges of balancing work and family life, and she is dedicated to helping individuals and small business owners achieve that same balance.
MARCO CARBONE
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Marco is the Chief Operation Officers and support the firm for any business related duties, including Business Development, Marketing, IT, Partnerships and Communities relationships.
With a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from University of Genoa, Italy, and a MBA degree at Wake Forest in 2018, he traveled for work worldwide as marine surveyor, inspector, auditor, and project manager. Since January 2025, he also obtained his PMP Certification and joined the PMI Carolina Chapter as VP of Marketing.
Marco is on the Board of multiple non-profit organizations in the Charlotte area and spends all his free time volunteering to give back to the community.
